Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Corn Starch, Preservative (202), Acidity Regulator (E500).
Preparation Instructions
Easy pan-fried dumplings 1. In a large bowl, add minced pork, chopped cabbage (or chives), ginger and garlic. Then add soy sauce, salt, corn starch. Mix thoroughly. 2. Place half a tbsp of filling in the middle of a wrapper. Finger the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it to create 4 pleats. Press the edges to seal. (see video) 3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place the dumplings in rows and cook until the underside turns light golden. Then pour 1/3 cup of water around the dumplings and put the lid on. Cook for 4 mins until the water completely evaporates and the top of the wrapper turns slightly translucent. (See video) 4. Serve with Dipping Sauce (soy sauce & Vinegar with a splash of chili oil). Easy boiled or steamed dumplings DIY fresh dumplings in your kitchen!
Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated at 1-4°C. Best consumed within 4 days after opening. May be stored frozen.
